• minimum stay 2 overnights. Less than 2 nights on availability plus extra charge of 45€ per booking

• free cancellation: 14 days prior to arrival (4 weeks during fair times), penalty 90%  of the booking volume
• cancellation on arrival day: 100%
• refundable deposit of 100 € or valid credit card details
• parking place on hotel ground: 15 € per night
   

During fairs and other events in Leipzig other prices will apply!

Prices include:

• bedsheets, towels, sales tax or other costs
• coffee and tea making facilities for the first day, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper
• wireless internet access via W-LAN
• change of towels once a week, linen each 14 days (additional change bookable against fee)
• cot, iron and iron board on demand (depending on availablity)
• final clean up
