• no minimum stay
• for a stay for 8 days and more we grant a discount of 10% of the regular price, 14 days and more 15% and from 21 days on 20% discount
• free cancellation: 2 days prior to arrival (4 or 8 weeks during fair times), penalty 90%  of the booking volume
• cancellation on arrival day and no show: 100%
• refundable deposit of 50 € or valid credit card details
• parking place on hotel ground: 12 € per night

During fairs and other events in Leipzig other prices will apply!

Prices include:

• bedsheets, towels, sales tax or other costs
• wireless internet access via W-LAN
• change of towels once a week, linen each 14 days (additional change bookable against fee)
• cot, iron and iron board on demand (depending on availablity)
• washing machine in the house against fee
• final clean up
